All businesses try to adhere to a set standard about what services they provide o the public. Here is a list of Creative Elements Business Policies and what to expect of Creative Elements.
Upon Arrival
Please arrive a couple minutes early to fill out paperwork. Arriving to your appoinment on time is essential in order to keep the flow of the days appointments going.If you arrive late, your appointment will have to end at he original designated time alloted for your appointment in order to check in the next client on time.
It is up to Practitioner whether or not services can be upgraded depending on scheduling for the day.
Cancellations
Creative Elements understands life can be hectic, all we simply ask is that you try to give us as much notice as possible that you plan on cancelling your appointment. This will give adequate time to rebook other clients.
Upgrades
It is up to the practitioner whether or not an upgrade can happen without prior notice. If during your service you ask the therapist for unplanned services there will be additional fees added to your service. If the Practitioner cannot accomodate an upgrade it is due to scheduling purposes alone and should not be taken negatively.
Client Responsibility for Medical Conditions
It is the clients responsibility to inform the Practitioner of any new or exsisting medical conditions in order to ensure proper bodywork and massage therapy practices can be established. Some medical conditions are contraindicated to massage therapy, or sometimes further education is required of the massage practitioner in order to maximize effective and safe practices regarding clients health. Creative Elements does not take responsibility for medical conditions that are exacerbated by massage therapy or any bodywork performed whether before, during, or after treatment.
Personal Boundries
All services provided at Creative Elements are ethical and legal. Client/Practitioner interactions will be strictly professional. Any advances, suggestive remarks, or behavior associated with any unethical or illegal activities will result in a termination of services whereby client will be asked to pay in full and leave the premises immediately and permanently. Any sexual advances will not be tolerated.
Forms of Payment
Creative Elements currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are currently not accepted. Cash and credit/debit cards only.
