This technique uses long flowing strokes with light to medium pressure in order to achieve relaxation.

Deep Swedish $70/$110 60/100min
A Deep Swedish encompasses techniques used in Swedish and Deep Tissue in order to give a more firm pressure to your massage. This technique allows for more further work in deeper layers of muscles and fascia.
Deep Tissue $80/$120 60/100min
This is a more therapeutic technique used to break down adhesions, or knots, that are formed within your muscles and fascia. This is an interactive massage that benefits the client by assisting in providing better flexibility in areas where tension are held.
This technique uses thumbs, fists, forearms and elbows in order to reach desired results. Deep tissue is meant to push your pain tolerance within reasonable means.
